IFCRPI engages directly with investor protection funds, law firms and government institutions, regulators, brokerage firms, borrowers, and the broader market on important issues, works to improve investor outcomes in restructurings, and investigates issues that may impact liquidity and market functioning.

The ESG Committee hosts events under our ESG Disclosure Initiative in collaboration with the PRI in order to foster discussion among borrowers, their advisers, and investors.

The ESG Committee publishes reports under our Insights Series to share the progress and results of our engagement under the ESG Disclosure Initiative.
NEWS
The ESG Committee has launched several initiatives to the market to support greater disclosure on ESG topics by borrowers in the leveraged finance market.
